Drop-in classes are great but the fastest way to progress is through consistency! This 4-week series is designed for absolute beginners and the level 1 sling student. In this series, you will learn all the base positions for sling, many progressions, and a few short sequences. For those students with some sling experience, we can easily offer modifications to teach at your level. Beginning and Level 1 sling curriculum is full of beautiful poses along with hidden conditioning leading to a strong and diverse sling repertoire.
Sling classes are a great way to get strong while having fun. Each class begins with a sling-specific warm-up designed to prepare the body for aerial work. Instruction will be directed to your level of experience and strength while covering the basic concepts/positions in sling acrobatics.
Class dates: 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29/24*
Pre-Requisite: None, come fly with us. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience. Age 16 and up.
*Should you need to miss one night of the series we have some options to make up the class. You can apply credit to a solo private lesson or receive credit for an aerial yoga class.
