This class is for experienced sling students who are advanced beginners or working at an intermediate level on shapes, tricks, rolls, flips, drops, and innovative sequencing. Aerial cirque/sling is a dynamic and challenging class. Each class progresses from foundational aerial skills and builds to playful and accessible aerial tricks. Build strength, stamina, flexibility, and competence in aerial skills and techniques. Previous experience with aerial acrobatics and/or aerial fabric is required. Skills acquired in cirque/sling are often transferrable to other aerial apparatus including lyra, dance trapeze, and two-panel silks.
Pre-Requisite: Previous experience in sling acrobatics or aerial fabric is required.
