In this workshop, we explore the benefits of using the hammock at knee height. The hammock is literally one step away. Low hammock yoga is a blend of active and restorative poses. Come experience the ease and calm of grounded inversions while also experiencing more active and effortful, inside-the-open hammock poses. The low hammock allows for more freedom and flexibility to adjust the intensity of your practice towards more effort or more ease as desired. We close the workshop with a 15-minute floating meditation.
Pre-requisites: No previous yoga, aerial, or fitness is needed. Open to all levels.
