This class is for experienced sling students who are advanced beginners or working at an intermediate level on shapes, tricks, rolls, flips, drops and innovative sequencing. Aerial cirque/sling is a dynamic and challenging class. Each class progresses from foundational aerial skills and builds to playful and accessible aerial trick. Build strength, stamina, flexibility and competence in aerial skills and techniques. Previous experience with aerial acrobatics and/or aerial fabric is required. Skills acquired in cirque/sling are often transferrable to other aerial apparatus including lyra, dance trapeze and two-panel silks.
