Beginner Lyra (Hoop):
Beginner lyra is for students new to the hoop or those looking to refine the basics. You will learn proper muscle conditioning exercises and stretches to prepare the body and increase strength and flexibility. This class focuses on introductory poses and sequences to connect each movement on the single point lyra. You will learn how to safely mount and dismount the lyra, proper hand positioning and balance. No prior experience in lyra is necessary.
Pre-Requisite: Open to all students of all levels.
