The ability to move well in the air is dependent on the efficient and proper use of the shoulder, core, and back muscles. In this 75-minute workshop, we will build these muscles through a variety of sling skills that contain strength-building elements hidden within the skill. Particular emphasis will be placed on proper technique to enhance the conditioning aspect of the skill. Enjoy an innovative and playful way to get sling strong while having fun. There will be time devoted to cool down and delicious stretching using the sling.
Pre-requisites: Previous experience with aerial yoga or sling is recommended but not required. Modifications will be offered.
