Come learn the foundations of aerial silks (split panel) in a small-group setting with this beginner-level class! This class is designed for the newer aerial arts student or those who are wanting to get more confident on the silks. In each class, you will get a great full-body workout as you learn proper technique and build skills like climbing, foot locks, and executing poses in a progressive manner. You will be challenged according to your current strength level along with building core and upper body strength.
Training in aerial silks is an exciting and effective way to build strength and flexibility while having fun. Whether you are new to aerial fabric, or train in other aerial modalities, cross-training in aerial silks can enhance your skills on your favorite circus apparatus. Each class begins with a silks-specific warm-up designed to prepare the body for aerial work and a brief cool down. Class size is limited to 6 students.
