Level 1 Sling Series – (4 wks)

Drop in classes are great but the fastest way to progress is through consistency! In this 4-week series designed for absolute beginners as well as students who are more advanced and working toward L2 (intermediate) sling. In this series you will learn all the base positions for sling and the progressions that will help you level up to intermediate sling. Level 1 sling curriculum is full of beautiful poses along with hidden conditioning leading to a strong and diverse sling repertoire.

Sling classes are a great way to get strong while having fun. Each class begins with a sling specific warm-up designed to prepare the body for aerial work. Currently, class size is limited to 4 students in order to adhere to our COVID safety precautions. Each student will have their own dedicated fabric and landing mat. Instruction will be directed to your level of experience and strength while covering the basic concepts/positions in sling acrobatics.

Pre-Requisite: None, come fly with us. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.
