Level-Up-Lyra Series Class
Drop in classes are great but the fastest way to progress is through consistency! In this 4-week series you will build on the basics and develop more unique pathways between poses. Strong knowledge of foundational lyra poses is required along with the ability to safely mount and dismount the hoop. You will be challenged according to your ability and will build core and upper body strength in the process. Each class begins with a warm-up designed to prepare the body for aerial work and a brief cool down. Each class is a great full-body workout as you learn poses in a progressive manner.
Training in lyra is an exciting and effective way to build strength and flexibility while having fun. Whether you are new to lyra, or train in other aerial modalities, cross training in lyra can enhance your skills on your favorite circus apparatus. Currently, class size is limited to 3 students in order to adhere to our COVID safety precautions. Each student will have their own dedicated hoop and landing mat. Pre-registration is required.
