In this mixed-level silks class, students of both Level 1 and Level 2 will be challenged to “level up” their strength and technique. Each student will be challenged according to current abilities and strength. Come work on what you need to get circus strong, and advance your practice!. In each class, you will get a great full-body workout as you learn proper techniques and build skills like climbing, foot locks, and executing poses in a progressive manner.
Training in aerial silks is an exciting and effective way to build strength and flexibility while having fun. Each class begins with a silks-specific warm-up designed to prepare the body for aerial work.
