In this class, we drop the hammock low, to knee height, where the hammock is one step away from the floor. Experience the ease and calm of grounded inversions along with more active and effortful inside-the-open-hammock poses. The low hammock height allows for more freedom and flexibility to adjust the intensity of your practice toward more effort or ease as desired. Experience the benefits of a softer floor and harness the natural power of compression the hammock provides. No previous experience is required.
