We are thrilled to be able to add a drop-in sling class back into the schedule. Some experience required (see pre-requisites below). Learn new sling skills and drills. Revisit, review and level up existing skills to keep your sling practice strong. Instruction will be tailored to your level of experience. Time will be devoted to building sequences and choreography.
Pre-requisite: Previous experience with aerial yoga and sling required. Must be able to enter and exit hip hang (front balance), back straddle (sacrum balance) and be comfortable standing on the sling. Review options below to determine if you meet the pre-requisite requirements.
- Participated in at least 4 aerial yoga classes.
- Completed one 4-week sling series course.
- Completed one private sling lesson with a CAY staff member.
