Aerial Fitness Fusion is open to new or seasoned aerial yoga students, aerial arts students or anyone interested in boosting their fitness practice. In this fusion class, Courtney’s passion for fitness will guide you toward a unique combination of aerobic exercises and traditional yoga asana while utilizing the aerial hammocks. This class is designed to support cardiovascular health by linking breath with movement through a series of postures that will definitely get your heart rate up! Planks and core work will help you build your inner strength, endurance, and balance. We close the class with luxurious stretches that feel good while improving overall range of motion.
