Drop-in classes are great, but the fastest way to progress is through consistency! This 4-week series is designed for intermediate-level sling students. In this series, we build upon the base positions for the sling and begin to incorporate more wraps, shapes, drops, and combinations of skills. We will also focus on building inversion strength through drills and skills/tricks that contain hidden conditioning elements.
Instruction will be directed to your level of experience and strength while covering the basic concepts/positions in sling acrobatics.
Class dates: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26/26*
Pre-Requisite: Previous sling experience is required, along with a regular sling practice. Students must take our beginner sling series multiple times to qualify for entry to this class, or with the permission of the instructor. Please email jayne@ctaerialyoga.com to receive approval to join this class if you are new to CAY.
*If you need to miss a class, you are allowed one makeup session. You can train on your own during an open studio time or receive a credit for an aerial yoga class.
