Please read this page completely. To optimize your experience in class, it is important to understand our studio policies and procedures.
We provide yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets. You may bring your own mat and props if preferred.
Wear tight-fitting pants that cover the knees. No Shorts allowed. (Prevents chaffing and preserves the fabric hammock.)
Wear clothes that cover the armpits and midriff.
Nails must be trimmed.Long acrylic nails can damage the fabric and may not be permitted depending on length & style.
Dress in layers as the temperature in the studio varies. If you perspire heavily, please bring a towel or an extra shirt.
Arrive 15 minutes early for class. Late arrivals will not have the opportunity to have their hammock adjusted for their height, and this will detract from your enjoyment of the class. If arriving more than 10 minutes after class starts, you may be prevented from taking class at the instructor’s discretion.
Absolutely no chemical fragrance.
Remove all jewelry (earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, fitbits). Body piercings that come into contact with the equipment must be taped. No clothing with zippers, hooks, or anything that could tear the fabric or your skin.
No refunds. Book confidently. Aerial yoga classes require 24 hours’ advance notice to receive a credit. Aerial sling classes require 48 hours’ advance notice to receive a credit.
