Driving and Parking Info

Thank you for registering for a CT Aerial Yoga Class or Aerial Arts Class! Please note: All aerial yoga classes take place in the Hartford studio. Aerial arts classes vary. All classes take place in Hartford unless otherwise noted. Scroll down to see detailed directions for both locations.

NOTE: A confirmation email has been sent to the email address you used when registering. (You should also receive a receipt email sent from Paypal.)

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class. It is very important that you review the parking information below. We are fortunate to have free parking in a private lot. However, there are dedicated spaces in which to park and if you park incorrectly there is a high risk of being towed. Please familiarize yourself with this information. It is essential that you arrive early for your class so that your hammock can be adjusted for your height. Should you arrive late to class it is at the teacher’s discretion if you are allowed to enter the class. Please review our Preparing for Aerial Yoga Class page before attending class.

Park only in spaces indicated within the pink outlined areas in this photo.

Directions to the Hartford studio: The Hartford studio is located inside the 224 EcoSpace, 224 Farmington Ave. Hartford, CT 06105. The building is painted with the “Bee The Change” mural, with yellow and orange honeycomb colors and bee sculptures placed throughout. We are located across from the police substation near the Sigourney St. intersection. Please park directly facing the building or on either side of the row of spaces along the chain-link fence. The dedicated side row spaces are near the “West” entrance to the building. Please note the signs indicating dedicated parking areas. Cars parked in any other area of the parking lot will be towed. Use the East entrance to access the yoga studio.

Overflow Parking On Niles Street/Garden Entrance to the 224: If the front parking lot is full, proceed to the rear entrance located at 17 Niles Street. Please park directly facing the building. The Garden entrance is clearly marked with a 224 EcoSpace sign.

Directions to the West Hartford studio: The West Hartford studio is located inside the Lisa Matias Dance Centre, 635 New Park Ave, 2J, West Hartford, CT 06110. Good landmarks to find access to the complex are Gastropark & Butler Equipment. Proceed to the end of the entryway, turn right, we are located at the end of the row. Parking is anywhere inside the complex.

Cancelation Policy: You may reschedule your class or receive credit for classes canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. No refunds. You can notify us of the need to reschedule by emailing [email protected] or texting Jayne at 860-794-9884. Please do not no-show for class. We often have a waitlist. If we can fill your spot you will receive full credit for another class.
